John Hilton MRTPI (Director)

John Hilton BA (Hons), MA, MRTPI has 19 years of planning experience in the private sector and has been involved in a wide range of schemes including residential, commercial and community projects. John is fully chartered and accredited by the RTPI.

John has a design background in Graphic Design (BA hons) and specialising in urban design during his MA course (Planning Policy and Practice) was a natural progression. John specialises on designing and developing schemes for full planning submission and pre-application advice, as well as offering comprehensive planning advice on a range of planning and lawful use applications.

Nicola Wallace MRTPI (Director)

Nicola Wallace Bsc (Hons), Msc, MRTPI has worked alongside John Hilton at Peter Pendleton & Associates Ltd (PPA) for 19 years. At PPA Nicola undertook a key role as Senior Town Planner in a range of planning projects from site appraisal, pre-application submission, planning applications, lawful development certificates, planning appeals, and enforcement cases.

Nicola has worked on a diverse range of project types from extensions, large residential projects, commercial buildings and change of use applications. Her consultancy experience has provided detailed knowledge in working with clients, specialist consultants and negotiating with the local planning authority
