John Hilton and Nicola Wallace worked together for 19 years at Peter Pendleton and Associates in London, where they benefitted greatly from a wealth of experience provided by senior associates. They are both RTPI accredited chartered planners and have a complementary set of skills.

John’s focus has been client consulting, designing and preparing planning applications, drawings and CGI models.

Nicola has extensive experience in the preparation and submission of a diverse range of planning projects from site appraisal, pre-application submission, planning applications, lawful development certificates, planning appeals and enforcement cases.
